CLAYTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

What in the world is Pothole Harry doing at the Clayton County Commission meeting? Harry's only interested in fixing roads, but in this case, you've got to fix government first.

Clayton County and all city mayors have been bickering for months over money. There is disagreement over how the local option sales tax should be divided.

As a result of the bickering, the road service agreement between the cities and the county has expired. Without a service agreement, potholes have been left unfilled.

But for the first time on Tuesday morning, the two sides sat down to discuss a resolution.

Get the latest on the story at 4:30, 5:30 and 11 p.m. on Pothole Patrol, only on CBS Atlanta News.
