Atlanta police: Collision reports available to the public

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The Atlanta Police Department and Buycrash.com have joined forces to make collision reports available to the public.

The service will allow them to purchase Atlanta Police accident reports over the Internet.

According to the website, Buycrash.com takes information sharing out of the file cabinet and into the digital age.

A user can search the site using a VIN or a person's name.
