Police: Alleged rapist jumped out window to flee officer - CBS Atlanta 46

Athens officers arrested a 19-year-old man who fled from police after an alleged rape occurred at an apartment off Epps Bridge Pkwy.
The victim said the suspect, Allen Hendric Robinson, broke into her house July 23 and raped her.
According to reports, an officer saw the suspect jump out a second story window of the apartment.
The victim told police Robinson had a gun during the incident.
Robinson was arrested and charged with rape, three counts burglary and obstruction.
