Pilot identified in Cedartown plane crash

CEDARTOWN, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The pilot who was killed in a crash in Cedartown has been identified.

The Polk County Sheriff's Department confirmed 68-year-old James Murphy was flying the plane that crashed down on Treat Mountain Road near Highway 279 West.

Murphy was flying from Callahan to an air show in Wisconsin.
