LAWRENCEVILLE, GA (AP) -

Some Georgians were clearing trees and other debris from roads and yards after thunderstorms pounded parts of the metro Atlanta area.

Wednesday's storms were the latest round in what has been a daily outbreak of severe weather this week.

Authorities say trees fell on houses in two separate incidents in Gwinnett County, which includes several Atlanta suburbs northeast of the city.

Gwinnett County fire officials say in one case, a tree fell through a bedroom window of a Duluth home. Another tree fell on the front of another Duluth house. No injuries were reported.

Gwinnett County fire Lt. Colin Rhoden said the department also responded to residential fires in Duluth and Grayson. No one was hurt in the fires.

More storms are in the forecast for Thursday.
