MONROE, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation canceled a Levi's Call for a 3-year-old who they believed was in extreme danger.
The Walton County Sheriff's Office reported Bobby Waters, 44, abducted Austin Waters, 3, on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
Bobby Waters, the child's father, did not have custodial rights.
The boy was found safe and unharmed. The GBI canceled the alert early Sunday morning.
