AUGUSTA, GA (CNN) -
Coffee fiends everywhere are raising their cup of Joe in celebration.
Java giant Starbucks broke ground on a new U.S. manufacturing plant Friday in Augusta.
Local newspaper, The Augusta Chronicle, reports the facility will cost an estimated $172 million to build.
It is also expected to bring more than 140 jobs to the area.
Georgia Governor Nathan Deal was spotted at the ceremony.
The Chronicle reports Starbucks is aiming to open the plant in January 2014.
