Police say a passenger vehicle collided with the truck just after 9 a.m.
The fuel tank to the truck ruptured and was carrying up to 100 gallons of diesel fuel.
The tank spilled 70 gallons of diesel on West Park Place.
The driver of the passenger vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to police.
