ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Atlanta police arrested a man in connection to a deadly shooting at a gas station in northwest Atlanta on June 3.
Officers said Douglas Perry was shot at the BP gas station in the 3200 block of Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway.
Investigators said the suspect walked up to Perry's car, shot him and took off.
On July 16, officers arrested 33-year-old James Stewart.
Stewart was wanted on an arrest warrant for this murder.
