MIAMI (CBS ATLANTA/AP) -
A Georgia woman and two children have died after authorities said a minivan jumped a curb and hit them as they walked to their car after a Marlins game in Miami.
All the victims were immediately taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center via Miami Fire Rescue.
Miami police said the driver of the van, 67-year-old Raul Herberto Ortega Arias of Miami, and the pedestrians, Esther V Terrero De Diaz, 53, Franklin Abraham Diaz, 14, both of Lawrenceville, and Adriana Maria Diaz, 13, of the Dominican Republic, all died at the hospital.
Magdeline Esther Diaz, 10, of Lawrenceville, is listed in critical condition.
Authorities did not say what caused Arias to lose control of the minivan.
No other details were released. The investigation continues.
