A judge denied a motion to suspend Atlanta Public School tribunals for educators fired as a result of the CRCT cheating scandal.
Attorney Michael Kramer wanted a stay of the administrative hearings until the state turned over all of their files, including statistical data.
Since the case is still being investigated by the district attorney's office, Judge Jerry Baxter denied the motion.
An APS spokesperson said the district is pleased with the decision.
