Police: Peeping Tom holding baby arrested at Fayetteville Goodwill

FAYETTEVILLE, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Fayetteville police arrested a man on Wednesday after he took a picture of a woman changing at a dressing room at the Fayetteville Goodwill store.

Maurice Smith, 32, is currently being held in the Fayette County jail on charges of peeping Tom and unlawful surveillance.

Detectives also served a search warrant on Smith's phone and located more photos, according to reports.

Surveillance video from the store shows Smith taking the pictures with his 1-month-old daughter in his arms.

Police are warning women to be particularly aware of their surroundings and to report any suspicious behavior immediately.
