When it rains at Piedmont Avenue and 12th Street, it doesn't pour, it floods.
Condo residents who live at the Midtown intersection across from Piedmont Park say they've been trying for years to get the storm drains properly cleaned out.
This time, residents emailed Pothole Patrol, City Council and Atlanta Watershed Management.
