ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Atlanta police are commending an off-duty officer that arrested a teenager for robbery Thursday.
Around 11:55 p.m., Lt. Terry Joyner was driving along Bolton Road when he saw four juveniles acting suspiciously.
Joyner witnessed the kids near a Shell Gas Station. One of the teens went inside and robbed the clerk.
Lt. Joyner called for backup and assisted on-duty Officer Remick in arresting the 15-year-old who committed the robbery.
The teen used a fake gun in the incident.
