CBS Atlanta's Jennifer Banks spoke with the creator of Hollywood's most popular gossip website.
Perez Hilton created the website Perezhilton.com, formerly known as PageSixSixSix.com.
Hilton was named No. 1 web celebrity three years in a row by Forbes.
He said he started blogging in 2004 because it seemed easy. At one time, Hilton worked as a writer and briefly the managing editor of Instinct.
"Celebrities are just interesting and sometimes crazy," said Hilton.
Hilton said he started the website as a hobby. The blogger said his website was different than others because he wrote about celebrities instead of himself.
He never expected it to take off like it did.
Hilton often promotes his favorite musicians by posting streams of their songs under the "Listen To This" category of his blog.
This summer, he teamed up with Pringles to give away free "swag" until November.
Hilton said you buy four cans and you get the free speaker chip top in the mail.

Hilton said his biggest passion is music.
He was known for helping discover Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.
"I'm fortunate that I was early on in helping to promote them," said Hilton.
Hilton won't stop at blogging about celebrities. Now he will take on the challenge to manage a new boy band.
Hilton discovered a few men to form a group called IM5. He will be working with Simon Fuller, who created American Idol.
"Boy bands are definitely back, and I'm so excited to work more and more in the music world," said Hilton.
