Man accused of killing father of three arrested

RIVERDALE, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The Atlanta Police Department Fugitive Squad and Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested a man accused of shooting and killing a father of three in a home invasion.

Denirio Cunningham also known as "D-Red" was arrested on Sept. 9 in Atlanta.

Police said Cunningham barged into David Rucker II's apartment and shot Rucker once in the chest.

Rucker was rushed to Southern Regional Hospital in critical condition where he later died.
