Truck carrying live chickens overturns, catches fire in Oconee County

OCONEE COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Talk about fried chicken. A tractor-trailer loaded with live chickens overturned and caught fire early Friday morning.

It happened on State Road 8 at mile post 34 in Oconee County.

CBS Atlanta News doesn't know how many chickens were on board or how many might have been killed.

The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
