ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Atlanta fire crews called for a second alarm at the scene of a fire at a downtown business early Wednesday.

Battalion Chief David Rhodes said crews arrived at the building on Marietta Street just before 4 a.m. and found flames through the roof.

Rhodes said a total of 12 fire units responded to the fire, which is believed to have originated in the kitchen.

Adjoining buildings were not damaged and no injuries were reported.

The name of the business and whether or not it was operating or under renovation was not immediately clear.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, Rhodes said.
