Douglasville teen beating suspects

One of the four teens charged in the beating death of a Douglas County teenager will be in court this week.
Tracen Franklin has an evidence hearing set for Tuesday.
Franklin is one of four men charged in the fatal beating of Bobby Tillman at a house party in Douglasville Nov. 2010.
Tillman was stomped to death during a fight at the party. He was an innocent bystander and had nothing to do with the fight, but he became the unwitting victim of a sucker punch that led to a brutal frenzy of violence that killed him.
Horace Coleman, Quantez Mallory, and Franklin are still awaiting trial.
Another teen charged in Tillman's death, Emmanuel Boykins, pleaded guilty in April.
