ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Someone broke into a controversial Atlanta bar that mixes booze with the Bible.

Atlanta police are trying to figure out if it was a hate crime.

Grant Henry recorded cell phone video of his business, Sister Louisa's Church of the Living Room and Ping Pong Emporium, minutes after someone broke into it Saturday.

Henry said whoever broke into his bar didn't steal anything, but they did vandalize it.

Henry's bar is decorated with pictures of Jesus and others items some believe shouldn't be in a bar.

"The police investigator looked at me and said, 'It's purely a hate crime.' I said, 'What does that mean?' She said, 'They didn't steal anything.' They didn't take any alcohol, but they aimed at an alter that had booze on it. The windows that were destroyed had crosses and the word church," said Henry.

A spokesman for the police department said they won't know for sure if it is a hate crime until they catch a suspect and question him.
