Hindsman, Rouse
COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Two people have been arrested in the death of a 20-year-old man who was shot and killed Friday night in Austell, collapsing after attempting to run for his life.
On Tuesday, police arrested Brandon Jamal Hindsman and Rayshawn Ramell Rouse, both 18 and from Mabelton, in connection with the death of Joseph Owens.
Owens was shot near the West Chase apartment complex in Austell on Six Flags Drive. He was able to run about 200 yards before falling.
Owens was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he died.
Hindsman and Rouse are charged with aggravated assault and felony murder.
They are being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond.
