Pothole Patrol: Dog walker confrontation

Dog Walker!

Once again Pothole Harry crosses paths with his new arch nemesis, the "Dog Walker."

This time, Harry has plenty to say. Since their last meeting two weeks ago, the City of Atlanta responded to a record number of repair requests.

Harry's got plenty to say. Watch the confrontation at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
