Atlanta anticipates busy Memorial Day weekend

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

It's going to be a busy Memorial Day weekend.

The Jazz Fest, Decatur Arts Festival, Caribbean Carnival and Parade and sporting events will take place.

Officials want to remind you that MARTA will operate a Sunday bus and rail schedule.

Parking for less than 24 hours is free at all MARTA's daily parking facilities.

Customers parking in the decks at Lindbergh Center Station must park in MARTA designated areas and validate their parking ticket at machines inside Lindbergh Center Station in order to receive free daily parking. 

On Monday, May 28, MARTA will operate a Sunday bus and rail schedule for the Memorial Day holiday.

Civic Center, Peachtree Center, Five Points, Georgia State, and King Memorial Stations all serve the parade route.
