Woman crashes into Cobb County Dollar Tree after medical emergency

COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Cobb County police said a 56-year-old woman crashed into the Dollar Store at 4651 Woodstock Rd. in Roswell on Friday.

The woman began having chest pains as she was driving past the Dollar Store, according to police. She turned the steering wheel and hit the gas, crashing into the store just before 11:30 a.m.

The driver was the only person injured in the accident.

Police say the woman was taken to WellStar Cobb Hospital.
