The mission of Harbor Grace Hospice is to provide end of life care with dignity, grace and compassion to the patients and families we serve. We desire to be a shelter and refuge for patients with a limited life expectancy and their families. Harbor Grace Hospice understands that meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual and psycho-social needs of our patients and their families can help prepare each family for the inevitable challenge that lies ahead. Every patient is served by a team of caring, dedicated and experienced professionals who encourage the involvement of family members and loved ones in working towards the common goal of promoting a quality of life that maintains dignity and respect. Our services can be provided in the patient's home, a nursing home or in our own 22-bed inpatient unit, located in downtown Atlanta.
