LITHONIA, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Dozens of angry neighbors in Lithonia plan to confront city leaders in a town hall meeting Tuesday night.
They are upset about plans for the composting company Greenco to relocate to their area.
Greenco, was recently shutdown in Barnesville.
People near that facility said the stench was so bad, they could smell it for miles.
The meeting will take place at Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Neighbors want to ask DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis about his thoughts on the plan.
