CHICAGO (AP) -

Atlanta Hawks forward Marvin Williams missed Monday's game against the Chicago Bulls because of a death in his family.

Coach Larry Drew says he's not sure if it was an immediate family member or not.

Williams will rejoin his team for Wednesday's game against the Knicks in New York.

Williams is averaging 9.6 points.

Veteran swingman Willie Green, averaging 7.4 points, started in his place.
