Drug seizure in Gwinnett nets $11.2M in drugs

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

On Monday, the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office arrested three men and seized $11.2 million in drugs after a search of a home off Peachtree Crest Drive.

Deputies along with Georgia State Patrol served a search warrant at a warehouse in Duluth.

In early February, investigators began building a case based on information they received about the warehouse in Duluth.

Deputies say they found cocaine with a street value of $3.6 million, and methamphetamine worth $7.6 million.

Jose Romero, Epifanio Sandoval, and Luis Pacheco-vasques were arrested on charges of trafficking in cocaine and methamphetamine.
