ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
As a result of brisk ticket sales, lottery officials announced Friday that the Powerball jackpot has been raised from $310 million to $325 million for Saturday's drawing.
It's the largest Powerball jackpot since Georgia began selling game tickets in 2010.
The Powerball jackpot has been growing since Dec. 28 and has rolled 13 times.
Georgia Lottery players cashed in big in Wednesday's drawing.
Lars Ljungdahl of Savannah won $1 million. One Conyers player selected the Power Play option, increasing a $10,000 prize to $40,000. And four players in Atlanta, Conyers, Decatur and LaGrange each won $10,000.
Powerball tickets are $2 per play.
The jackpot's cash option is $202.9 million.
Your odds of winning are 1 in 175,223,510 so start thinking about what you would do with all that money.
