GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
The Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Unit arrested a man that was wanted in Rockdale and Gwinnett counties.
Fugitive investigators tracked Carl Frederick Ziegenbein a home on Bailey Drive in Norcross.
On Monday, deputies set-up surveillance at the home and Ziegenbein was positively identified from the porch of the home.
A perimeter was set up around the house before authorities attempted to arrest Ziegenbein.
Ziegenbein ran from the home, and after a short foot chase, he was caught and arrested.
Ziegenbein was wanted on a felony probation warrant in Gwinnett County and warrants in Rockdale County for armed robbery, six counts of false imprisonment, burglary, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and two additional misdemeanor charges.
