Caught on camera: Thief steals scrap metal in Clayton Co.

CLAYTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Clayton police need your help in their effort to identify suspects that were caught on camera stealing scrap metal on December 21, 2011.

Witnesses told police two to three men were loading scrap metal taken from 950 King James Dr. Jonesboro.

It was later determined that the compressor to the AC unit had been stolen, and there were fresh cut marks on the copper that was attached to the AC unit.
