Pothole Harry to the rescue on Lumby Drive

DECATUR, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Harry says Lumby Drive and Gus Place in Decatur is a dumping ground and full of potholes.

He claims there may be a pothole so big, it could swallow your car.

Residents of the nearby apartment complex can't take it anymore.
