ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A MARTA driver is being treated Sunday evening after two men shot at each during an argument. The shooting happened around 6:20 p.m. Sunday in SW Atlanta.
Atlanta Police responded to two separate calls of a person shot. One call was in the 900 block of Victory Dr. and the other was at the Fire Station on Manford Road.
Apparently, both men were in an argument and pulled guns, firing at each other. One man had been shot in the arm and the other in the abdomen according to Atlanta Police.
Investigators discovered that both men were shot in the 1600 block of Sylvan Road.
A MARTA bus was driving in the area at the time of the shooting and debris from the shooting damaged the window of the bus. The bus driver, who was alone on the bus, was struck in the face with glass.
The bus driver was taken to Crawford Long Hospital for treatment for minor cuts.
Both shooting victims were taken to Grady in stable condition. They have both been charged with several offenses including aggravated assault.
Atlanta Police have not released the names at this time, but do say more charges could come against the pair.
