Another rally is planned for Wednesday night against police brutality.
The rally follows the death of Joetavious Stafford, 19, of Atlanta. MARTA officer Robert Waldo shot Stafford Saturday night at the Vine City station after someone fired a gun in the air.
Stafford's family and other members of the community believe the teen was unarmed.
Autopsy results released Tuesday showed Stafford was shot three times - once in the chest and twice in the back.
A group held a rally at the Five Points MARTA station Tuesday night. They said they're upset at how Stafford was shot and where.
"I don't think that would ever happen in any well-to-do community. We think this is a class issue, and definitely a race issue. We feel like the police department is out-of-hand and out-of-control, as a whole, and we think there has to be some justice," said Kalonji Changa.
The group will hold a similar rally Wednesday night at 9 at the Vine City MARTA station.
Earlier in the week, about 200 members of the Vine City community came together, including Stafford's family.
"I just want what happened to my son not to happen to anybody else so, I mean, I want the police to be dealt with and for MARTA to be dealt with," said Stafford's mom Missy Stafford.
"I feel like they need to do more research for protocol and procedures to be changed for how an officer or police officer deal with a suspect because this was an innocent life that was taken that we can never get back," said Stafford's cousin, Miracle Fletcher.
MARTA officials released a statement saying they were "deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life and offers it condolences to Mr. Stafford's family and friends."
The Georgia Bureau of Investigations is investigating. The officer remains on paid leave pending the outcome of that investigation.
