ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A woman in Atlanta is still waiting for the city to fix a sidewalk that she paid hundreds of dollars to repair months ago.
In April, Atlanta's Department of Public Works charged Ingrid Barnes almost $400 for a sidewalk repair in front of her home in Ansley Park on Beverly Road. The sidewalk was damaged when an oak tree fell on it during a storm.
The city was quick to send out the invoice to Barnes, but now she can't get anyone to return her emails and calls.
The city cashed her check in June of this year.
