The Georgia State Patrol has released the dash cam footage of troopers arresting Atlanta Braves pitcher Derek Lowe back in April for suspected drunk driving.
Georgia state troopers stopped him in Buckhead when they suspected him of drunk driving and racing with another car, and also stopped another driver accused of racing with Lowe.
The dash cam video shows Lowe repeatedly denying that he was racing, but the deputy says he has proof.
Troopers let the other driver go after he admitted to racing.
Lowe refused a breathalyzer after he was pulled over so the troopers gave him a field sobriety test, which they say he failed. The troopers then arrested Lowe and took him to the Atlanta City Jail.
Lowe's DUI and reckless driving charges were dropped in May when prosecutors decided that they didn't have enough evidence against him.
