Danielle Knox joined CBS Atlanta in October of 2008 and anchors the weekend news.

In addition to anchoring, she currently co-hosts “The Balancing Act”, a Lifetime Television weekday morning show which covers an array of woman driven issues from parenting to home and beauty.

Danielle has a vast range of experience anchoring and reporting for TV stations throughout the country. She co-anchored the morning newscast for the CBS affiliate WFOR-TV in Miami, FL., and its sister station, UPN 33 Morning News and UPN 33 News at 10.

Danielle also anchored and reported for WTVJ-TV, WB39 and WDZL-TV in Miami. Prior to moving to South Florida, she anchored and reported for WVIT-TV in Hartford, CT., and KTVE-TV in Monroe, LA.

The Berkeley, California native graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Mass Communications and received her Masters in Radio and Television from San Francisco State University.

During that time, she also was host and segment producer for "Business in the Black," a weekly talk show that aired throughout the San Francisco Bay area.

Danielle is married with 3 beautiful little boys who inspire her every day.
