THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS:
As Billy and Mac are discussing the surrogacy, Chance and Chloe come outside in time to overhear them and are shock to learn that Mac is going to have Cane's child. Later, Chloe can't help needling Billy, knowing that Mac's decision to be Cane's surrogate is driving him crazy. Alone, Billy asks Mac to talk to him but she shuts him down and decides to walk away. Chloe enthusiasm over Mac's surrogacy a little too over the top to be believable and both Mac and Chance can see right through her motives when she offers to be there for Mac. Chance puts her on the spot when he asks her if her generosity has anything to do with Billy being single again. While Jack is planning a mystery date with Emily, Nick calls Jack to inform him that he is interested in more information on a potential partnership in the Chancellor IPO. As Nick arrives home, he catches Phyllis running out to buy a new couch. Phyllis blurts out that Patty saw her having sex with Jack on it and that's the reason she hurt Summer. Ashley finally admits to Jack that she plans on investing in the Chancellor IPO, just not with him. Paul and Emily visit with Patty. Patty seems to have forgotten all about her previous threats towards Jack and in the women in his life. Meanwhile, Nick tries to rein in his anger as Phyllis explains what happened with Jack and breaks down under the weight of her guilt. Later, Nick helps show Phyllis that she isn't to blame. Paul and Emily are encouraged by Patty's progress, unaware that she is merely hiding her true self from them. Alone, Patty takes out a bride and groom paper doll she has been working on. Later, Jack brings Emily to the Abbott mansion for their date. Meanwhile, Ashley's nanny has to leave due to a family emergency just as Sharon arrives for her date with Adam leaving Adam stranded with Sharon and Faith. Nick calls Jack and tells him he is out of the Chancellor IPO. At the Abbott mansion, as their night is coming to an end, Jack and Emily find themselves in a sweet kiss. Later, Adam becomes alarmed when he finds Sharon holding her daughter in her arms.
THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL:
Taylor graciously opens her home and lends her medical expertise to a friend who is in desperate need of assistance. Feeling as though she is being put on the spot, Pam goes against Stephanie and Ann's wishes and calls 911 for Ann when she collapses. Stephanie comes across some difficulties when she attempts to correct Pam's mistake. Ann learns what happened and wants out. Steffy misinterprets and takes offense to Brooke's comments about the Forrester family.
AS THE WORLD TURNS:
Brad has no luck in convincing Katie he's actually there. Janet comes over with food and diapers. Katie wonders aloud to Jacob what she'll be able to do as a mother. Henry comes over, with Brad, but Katie slams the door on him. Henry insists on spending some time with Jacob, and Katie relents. Brad teaches Henry a cowboy song for Jacob and we see a slight thaw in Katie. Henry is accosted by a thug in his hotel room. The thug wants to make sure Henry won't rat out Ralph. Henry interacts with Brad, which makes the thug thinks Henry's cracking up. The thug is about to harm Henry but Brad is able to lift up a vase which scares the thug off. Henry & Brad go see Katie. Jack and Carly, well dressed, attend the benefit at the art gallery and find a trace of one of Simon's aliases, Bartley Symington. Jack and Carly dance until Simon cuts in.
