Joanna Massee
Joanna Massee joined CBS Atlanta News in September 2006 as a reporter.Joanna's work has earned a regional Edward R. Murrow award as well as awards from the Virginia Associated Press and the Virginia Association of Broadcasters.She began her journalism career in South Florida while completing her degree at the University of Miami. Joanna worked as a field producer and assignment editor at CNN'S Miami bureau, where she covered numerous national stories, including the contested presidential election in 2000. She graduated cum laude from Miami's School of Communication. Before joining CBS Atlanta, Joanna was a weekend anchor/reporter at WRIC in Richmond, Virginia.Joanna grew up in Westchester County, just outside New York City.
