One Killed In Construction Accident At High School
Construction Site Was At Douglas County H.S.

DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. -- One man was killed Wednesday afternoon in a construction accident, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.An employee of Ra-Lyn Construction and Associates was operating a bob-cat at a construction site at Douglas County High School in the 1600 block of Dorris Road. The school is expanding its athletic center.The worker was partially out of the bob-cat when the equipment's boom struck him.The coroner pronounced the man dead at the scene.The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating.
