Lawrenceville, Ga. -- A Lawrenceville Police spokesperson confirms to CBS Atlanta News that two people have been fatally shot in front of the GTC Town Center Value Cinemas on Gwinnett Drive.

Police say they believe the shootings were a murder-suicide involving a man and a woman, but they are not releasing the relationship between the two.

Although crime scene tape was blocking off the entrance to the movie theater, police say that the theater was never evacuated or put on lockdown.
