DeKalb County police asked for the public’s help Wednesday to identify a man accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting and robbing a woman in Tucker.

According to investigators, the 28-year-old woman was walking toward a nightclub on Memorial Drive in Tucker at about 1:15 a.m. on Jan. 31 when the armed man forced her back to her car. The woman was forced to drive to an ATM, police said, and withdraw money.

A short time later, investigators said, the man demanded that the woman drive him to an apartment complex on Central Drive, where she was sexually assaulted.

Then, according to detectives, the man forced the victim to drive to an office park off of Memorial Drive, where he left on foot. The victim then drove to her home and called 911, police said.

Police described the man as being in his late teens or early 20s. He is approximately 6 feet, 1 inch, and weighs approximately 165-170.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call DeKalb County police at 770-724-7710.
