SNELLVILLE, Ga. -- The family of a Gwinnett County woman killed in an accident on Interstate 20 said she would still be alive if she had stayed in her car after the accident.Family and friends of Shanay Woah still can't believe she is gone. The mother of an 11-month-old daughter Layla died at Grady Hospital early Sunday morning. She was hit by a tow truck on I-20 near the Downtown connector. Investigators said Woah and another motorist, Satonya Cleveland, were involved in a minor fender bender, and standing outside their cars when the tow truck hit both women.Cleveland died at the scene."I have a feeling they would both be here if they had stayed in their car," said Antony Bordoli. His son is Layla's father and Woah's fiance.Investigators believe weather may have also played a part in the crash.Bordoli believes metro Atlanta drivers need to be more aware of road conditions when it's raining. "I know it's inclimate weather so people need to slow down and be more careful. Unfortunately in Atlanta when the weather gets bad people do not know how to handle the conditions," he said.
