COLLEGE PARK, Ga. -- The Rev. Jesse Jackson is calling for a second stimulus for homeowners.Jackson said taxpayers bailed out banks and now it's time for banks to help working families who are on the verge of losing their home.Jackson said American families need bankruptcy reform and penalties for banks that refuse to modify loans.Jackson said, "This is the time people should rise up and demand that there be massive restructure."He said it's unfair that taxpayers bailed out the banks, yet banks are forcing families out of their homes with foreclosures.A protest is planned for Monday in front of the Federal Home Loan Bank on Peachtree Street in Atlanta.Jackson visited Richard Case and his family Sunday. They are facing foreclosure. They could lose their College Park home Tuesday.Case said, "The worst part is the accompanying indignity and the accompanying shame going through this process."
