LOGANVILLE, Ga. -- A routine eviction led to animal cruelty charges against a Loganville man, police said.Gwinnett County officers arrested Derrick Wright, 39, Monday after investigators said they found three dogs living in deplorable conditions at his home.Police said they were evicting Wright from a rental property on Langley Creek Drive when they found the dogs.Animal control officers told CBS Atlanta News that a Rottweiler and a pit bull were so malnourished, their ribs were visible.Wright bonded out of jail Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.
