A judge granted $40,000 bond Wednesday to three of the people arrested in Tuesday's gambling raid in southwest Atlanta.

Agents and police officers swarmed to the V.T. Tire Company building on West Whitehall Street.

Police arrested four people Tuesday, including Marshall Lucas, the owner of the warehouse.

Investigators said Lucas, his wife and two other employees were running an illegal, Vegas-style casino out of their tire warehouse.

Police seized about two dozen video gaming machines and thousands of dollars in cash and issued citations to nearly 20 people who were inside the warehouse during the raid.

Lucas, Joe Freeman and Vereda Taylor all were granted a $40,000 bond and could be released later Wednesday.
