ROSWELL, Ga. -- A crash in Roswell left five injured and one dead Thursday morning.

The accident occurred at Holcomb Bridge Road at Barnwell Road.

Investigators said a truck crossed the center-line, smashing into a mini-van. A car then ran into the back of the van.

The man driving the truck died in the crash. A woman and four children in the van were taken to the hospital. Their injuries aren't life threatening.

Holcomb Bridge Road was shut down in both directions for three hours.
