Accused Murderer Cuts Ankle Bracelet

Emma Hope Grant Missing Since Tuesday

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Squad is searching for a murder suspect.

Emma Hope Grant cut her ankle bracelet Tuesday at approximately 1 p.m.

Sheriff’s office investigators were notified of Grant’s disappearance at 10:30 a.m.Wednesday.

Grant is charged in connection with the fatal shooting of Nekeshia Rawls, 31, in Stone Mountain in August 2008.

Investigators have obtained an order to revoke Grant's bond.

Anyone with information regarding Grant’s whereabouts is asked to call the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Squad
