CUMMING, Ga. -- Forsyth County deputies said a toy forced the evacuation of five homes in Cumming.The people who live at a home on Creekstone Place claimed they found a “grenade-like” device.The Georgia Bueau of Investigation bomb squad and Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents went to the house.But an investigation determined that the "device" was actually a toy.Residents were allowed back in their homes just before 4 p.m.
