Man Diagnosed with Testicular Cancer Creates a Musical Play

ATLANTA, Ca. -- Ten years ago, Tom Wilner was diagnosed with testicular cancer after his 30th birthday.While he was going through cancer treatment Wilner wrote a musical play called "Turning Thirty" to help him cope.Wilner hopes his humorous approach to his cancer diagnosis will help others with cancer cope with the disease.Wilner's first performance raised $1,000 for the American Cancer Society.Another benefit concert is being held on Friday October 9 at noon at the American Cancer Society Theater in downtown Atlanta.All proceeds from the performance will go to "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer."
