Ten years ago, Tom Wilner was diagnosed with testicular cancer after his 30th birthday.

While he was going through cancer treatment Wilner wrote a musical play called "Turning Thirty" to help him cope.

Wilner hopes his humorous approach to his cancer diagnosis will help others with cancer cope with the disease.

Wilner's first performance raised $1,000 for the American Cancer Society.

Another benefit concert is being held on Friday October 9 at noon at the American Cancer Society Theater in downtown Atlanta.

All proceeds from the performance will go to "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer."
